Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Dough Bars



The delightful combination of cookies, cheesecake, and chocolate chip cookie dough is found in these Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Dough Bars. They combine to create a rich, mouthwatering dessert that will sate any sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

Melted butter and crushed Oreo cookies should be combined in a bowl

To make the crust, press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking pan that has been greased

Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a different bowl

Mix in vanilla extract and granulated sugar until thoroughly blended

Over the Oreo crust in the baking pan, equally distribute the cream cheese mixture

Evenly distribute spoonfuls of chocolate chip cookie dough over the cream cheese layer

Combine the heavy cream and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a bowl that is safe to be microwaved

Stir the mixture and heat it in 30-second intervals until the chocolate melts and it becomes smooth

Evenly spread the chocolate ganache over the layer of cookie dough

The bars should be chilled for a minimum of two hours, or until they solidify
