This creamy egg salad is a delicious and satisfying keto-friendly meal. Packed with protein and healthy fats, it's perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put the hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard in a large bowl and mix them together
Chopped celery, red onion, and fresh dill should be added now
Well mix until all the ingredients are mixed together evenly
Add pepper and salt to taste
