CLEMENTINE, PERSIMMON, and POMEGRANATE SALAD



This vibrant and refreshing salad combines the sweetness of clementines, the unique flavor of persimmons, and the burst of tangy pomegranate arils, creating a delightful medley of textures and tastes. The addition of fresh mint and walnuts adds a refreshing and crunchy element to this colorful salad.

Ingredients:

  • 3 clementines, peeled and segmented
  • 2 ripe persimmons, sliced
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put the clementine segments, persimmon slices, and pomegranate arils in a large bowl and mix them together

Put chopped mint leaves and walnuts on top of the fruit

Mix honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk until everything is well mixed

Spread the honey and olive oil dressing on top of the salad

Toss the ingredients together gently until they are all covered in the dressing

To make the flavors stronger, put the salad in the fridge for about 15 minutes before serving
