Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade
Instructions:
Whisk the flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl
Fry the butter in a pan and add it to the dry ingredients
Mix the ingredients together with a whisk until the batter is smooth
Put a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and use cooking spray or butter to lightly coat it
Add a small amount of crepe batter to the pan and swirl it around to make a thin, even crepe
Cook for one to two minutes, or until the edges begin to turn brown
Flip and cook for another one to two minutes
Do this again with the rest of the batter to make more crepes
Warm them up
Put the apple slices, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a different pan
Over medium heat, stir the apples every now and then for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are soft and caramelized
Put some of the apple slices that have been caramelized in the middle of each crepe
Then, fold the sides over the filling to make a pocket
Cover the apple-filled crepes with the warm caramel sauce
Warm up your tasty apple crepes and serve them with caramel sauce
